Please understand ATGenius receives many requests in which we review and determine if the request will benefit the membership at-large. Some requests are not approved to be incorporated into our system. If the request is approved, it will placed in cue on our upgrade list. We ask for your patience as our upgrade list is lengthy and it takes time to code, develop and test new features.
Customizations are not included in standard subscription pricing. Requests for custom system features, modifications, or functionality outside of the standard product offering (“Customization Requests”) are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. Approved Customization Requests will be billed at a rate of $150 per hour for coding, testing, and implementation. We reserve the right to deny any Customization Request that is not technically feasible, is inconsistent with the system architecture, or is not broadly applicable to all subscribers. Approval of a Customization Request does not guarantee implementation. If a Customization Request is approved, execution will require a separate written agreement outlining the scope, fees, timelines and other applicable terms prior to the commencement of work.
Please note ATGenius routinely implements upgrade requests that are universally-applicable to our members at no cost to the requester.
