An administrative and processing fee will apply if your school or organization requires a contract or business associate agreement, attorney review, security assessment, or live training. Please indicate if your school or organization will require one of more of these items prior to requesting an invoice. This fee may also apply upon subscription renewal. ATGenius reserves the right to adjust an initial invoice quote should it become apparent one or more of these items will be required. 

 Requests for system upgrades, new features, or enhancements are subject to an additional charge at the rate $150 an hour for development, coding and testing. Arrangements for said system modifications shall be mutually agreed upon in writing that includes the estimated number of hours, cost and completion date. ATGenius reserves the right to decline such requests, or rescind a previous agreement and provide a refund should the modification be determined to be infeasible due to system incompatibility or other cause. ATGenius also reserves the right to amend the estimate should unexpected delays occur.
